Scope of services

Apex Elite Mechanical provides residential HVAC cleaning and inspection services. Our visits do not include repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant handling, or electrical component replacement. If we find an issue during a visit, we document it in your condition report with a recommendation.

Pricing

All listed prices are flat rates, per HVAC system.
Additional systems are quoted before service begins.
Severely neglected equipment may require additional time — any additional work is quoted and approved by you before it begins.
There are no travel fees within our Maryland / DMV service area.

Scheduling & cancellations

Bookings made through our online calendar receive an email confirmation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please use the link in your confirmation email or call/text (202) 503-0539 — the earlier the better, and there is no fee for cancelling with reasonable notice.

Access

Please make sure your indoor unit and outdoor condenser are accessible on the day of your visit. If equipment can't be safely accessed, we'll complete what we can and adjust the price fairly.

Memberships

Membership plans are billed annually and priced per home with one HVAC system; additional systems are quoted before signup. Full plan terms, including renewal and cancellation, are provided in writing before you join.
